How We Proved It.On Global Running Day, we launched Mindful Miles an inclusive run club led by an acclaimed psychotherapist providing guided mindful runs. This proved so successful that it became a monthly run club with quarterly special guests who led workshops relating to different health & wellness themes.
The Proof.We developed a loyal regular audience as well as casual drop-in attendees that grew for two years until having to be paused at the start of the pandemic. We also created a range of social content and influencer partnerships that extended the proof well beyond the attendees.
